How fast can you deliver?
Most deliveries go out the next day. If you're planning a move or a remodel, book 7 to 10 days out — summer and the holidays fill up fast. In a real bind? Call (310) 515-9122 and ask what's on the yard.
What's in the first-month price?
The first month's rent, the $10 damage waiver and delivery to your address, plus the card fee if you reserve online. After that it's just the monthly rate on your rental anniversary, invoiced through Square. Delivery is a one-time fee quoted up front for your address.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Everything is month to month — no annual term, no early-termination penalty. Billing starts the day we deliver and runs 30 days. When you're done, call us and we come get it.
Can I get to my things?
Kept at your place: any time, it's your lock and your key. Stored at our Gardena warehouse: seven days a week with 24 hours' notice, no charge — we pull your unit and set it in an open area so you can walk in and find what you came for.
My driveway is tight. Will it fit?
Usually yes — our placement system is remote controlled, so the driver walks the unit into position instead of backing a flatbed in. Narrow driveways, side yards, behind gates, parking garages. Not sure? Text us a photo of the spot before you book.
Do I need HOA approval or a permit?
On your own driveway or private property, almost never. On the street, a few cities require a temporary encroachment permit, which the homeowner pulls from the city. Check your HOA's CC&Rs before you book.
