Torrance is right in our backyard, and we know its neighborhoods street by street — Old Torrance with its 1920s original-townsite homes, Walteria and Southwood Riviera to the south, the hillside streets above Torrance Beach in the Hollywood Riviera, and the postwar tracts of West Torrance and North Torrance. The storage challenge shifts with the map: Old Torrance driveways were platted a century ago and run narrow, while Hollywood Riviera homes sit on sloped, curving streets where a long truck struggles to stage. Our containers — 5x8 through 8x20 — are placed by remote control with real precision, so tight Torrance driveways and side yards are exactly what the system was built for.

Our facility at 17014 S Vermont Ave in Gardena is only about 5 miles away — most Torrance deliveries never touch a freeway, running straight down Vermont, Western, or Crenshaw, with the 405 handling the west side of the city.
